About Us

SIHM is a Private Intensive Management Training Institute registered in Switzerland.

It is recognized in Switzerland in application of the Swiss Immigration Law (Article 24 OASA). SIHM is certified and proposes intensive courses preparing students to undertake entrepreneurship as a career.

SIHM is committed to train students on setting up Private Enterprises as well as preserving and strengthening the existing ones, in particular, in the Hospitality and Banking Industries.

SIHM has one of the most highly regarded and competent Collaborators capable of meeting the challenges of the Market System.

In addition to our regular full-time Trainers, we call upon external Consultants when necessary on a part-time basis depending upon the requirements of the program.

Faculty Members are not only dedicated Teachers, but they are also Specialists in their fields and active consultants in their areas of expertise. They offer a blend of academic excellence, rigorous scholarship, real-world relevance, and practical application that provides trainees with unparalleled opportunities to expand their horizons.

Faculty Members present topics in a variety of ways, including Lectures, Projects, Case Studies, Small Group Discussions, Audiovisual Aids, and Visit to Enterprises.

General Information

To be awarded the SIHM Diplomas or Degrees, students must succeed academically as well as complete a practical period of Professional Training in an approved establishment with respect to Swiss Law (Art. 39 OASA), which stipulates that the duration of training must not surpass half of the total duration of the academic program.

The programs consist of 24 weeks on campus, plus an additional 6 months of paid industry internship. This Law does not apply to participants of the SIHM Holiday in Switzerland Program.

To ensure that students get the highest quality training and the most current information, SIHM programs are regularly up-dated and revised. The curriculum requirements and fees are also subject to change. Any changes will be notified at the earliest possible time.

I have been in Switzerland for two consecutive years when I came across the SIHM Program from fellow Interns. I then decided to change School. In this respect, I wish to bring to your attention that the program that is offered at my previous School did not meet to my expectations, as the subjects are focused uniquely towards Hotel Management. In fact, the curriculum was too specific and I felt that I could not apply them to the future plans that I have made. I completed my studies in Nigeria where I obtained the Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition. I was admitted at SIHM to undertake my studies in entrepreneurship in April 2016. At SIHM, I was happy to study and practice sporting activities because the Institute is located in Vevey which offers sporting and recreational facilities. Vevey is the International Headquarter of Nestlé, the world’s no. 1 Agric-business.
