Terms & Conditions
This contract is personal, but you can only transfer it once if the recipient agrees to pick up where you left off. The Swiss Institute for Higher Management must approve it, and there’ll be a registration fee or license for the new student.
If you’re away for illness, military service, or work, you can get your money back with a medical certificate or a letter from your boss.
If you have a contract for at least 3 months, you can pause it and keep your end date. Here are the extensions you can get with proof (one week is the minimum):
– Contract duration: 3 months – 1 week
– Contract duration: 6 months – 2 weeks
– Contract duration: 9 months – 3 weeks
– Contract duration: 12 months – 4 weeks
You won’t get a refund for paid contract money. Let us know when you’re leaving and coming back to class at least 3 days before the first day of your pause. If you need to pay for a license renewal while away, that’s on you. These benefits apply if you haven’t missed any payments.
If something unexpected comes up, you can cancel part of your contract early. Send us a supporting document, and we’ll check it. We can accept or deny your request, regardless of payment method. The registration and tuition fees you’ve already paid won’t be refunded, even if you cancel. You can only cancel the upcoming period. Canceling the contract will charge you an administrative fee of CHF 1500.-. A long-term illness certificate won’t work. This rule doesn’t apply to 1, 2, or 3-month courses. If you don’t pay your fees on time, the Swiss Institute for Higher Management will charge you an administrative fee of CHF 120.- for the second reminder and CHF 150.- for the third and final reminder. If you don’t pay after the third reminder, we’ll have to take legal action against you. The costs will be charged to you.
